For a comprehensive drug-free workplace program, drug testing is just one of the many steps that need to take place. A comprehensive program should also include the following: a written policy statement, letters informing existing employees, a supervisory training program, education for employees, awareness programs, and an employee assistance program. Find the Nearest Collection Site Locate a collection site nearest your office or candidate? Click on the links below then choose your search specifications, search for a collection site by address for the best results. A sample is collected at a collection site, predetermined by CDR and the employer. Collection sites are either Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp based on the nearest location to the employer. Employers are provided with Chain of Custody forms and are past onto the applicant with directions to the collection site. Test results are returned and available online usually within 24 to 36 hours. Any positive results are automatically sent for a confirmation, and may take up additional 36 hours. All results are provided in the employer's pre-employment background screening report. Results can be fax, e-mail, or obtained online. Drug test can be customized to fit your organizational needs. Alcohol testing is also available
