Find the Nearest Collection Site Locate a collection site nearest your office or candidate? Utilize the Quest Patient Service Center Locator for Drug Screen Collection to locate the nearest Quest collection site – you will want to Select “Employer and wellness services” as the reason for testing.
Utilize the Labcorp Patient Service Center Locator for Drug Screen Collection to locate the nearest Labcorp collection site – you will want to select “Occupational Urine Drug Screen Collections” as the type of service you desire.
A sample is collected at a collection site, predetermined by CDR and the employer. Collection sites are either Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp based on the nearest location to the employer. Employers are provided with Chain of Custody forms and are past onto the applicant with directions to the collection site. Test results are returned and available online usually within 24 to 36 hours. Any positive results are automatically sent for a confirmation, and may take up additional 36 hours. All results are provided in the employer's pre-employment background screening report. Results can be fax, e-mail, or obtained online. Drug test can be customized to fit your organizational needs. Alcohol testing is also available
